Classic DI Cross-Grade Program
The new CLASSIC DI+ delivers the same features of our CLASSIC DI, but includes some new upgrades! The Classic DI+ is hand-wired with a custom wound OPTO COMP A-11 transformer (an exact replica of the UTC A-11) and features a third toggle switch to change between 200 and 500 ohm taps.
It’s not ‘technically’ a new product release, but instead an update on a current product we offer. When we update designs for a product we want to make it possible for anyone who’s bought the previous version to be able to convert what has changed. Or to have a trade-in program in place to get the latest version. This is important for us; you’ve been the biggest part of our growth. We’re not aiming to be the company that makes 30 versions of the same product and leave their supporters behind by releasing a new model each year. As we say around the shop:

What is the AudioScape Cross-Grade Program?
If you purchased one of our products (in this instance a Classic DI) within the last 2 years, you are eligible for a Cross-Grade to the newer model at a much lower price.
How does the Cross-Grade program work?
Simply select the timeframe that you purchased your Classic DI within (0-1 year, 1-2 years) and complete the purchase process. Then simply mail the old version of the Classic DI into AudioScape and we will send out a new Classic DI+ as soon as the old unit has arrived.
Who is responsible for shipping?
Great question, and since this is not a repair…you will be responsible to shipping the old unit (with a return label in the box). If you do not have the original packaging, do not worry. Just ship it in the safest manner possible and your Cross-Graded unit will be shipping in our packaging to make sure it arrives safe and sound.
