AudioScape Product Trade-In Program

How, What, When, Where and Why (The 5 W’s, sort of)

• All AudioScape products are eligible for the Trade-In program.

• Customers are responsible for all shipping costs.

• Original packaging is recommended, but not required. Any damage to the unit in transit will affect the potential value of your trade-in.

• Trade-in value can be up to 60% of the original retail value. Units are evaluated using the following criteria:

  • Visual inspection. Scratches, dents, chipped or damaged external parts, etc. will all affect the final valuation

  • Audio testing. Does the unit pass audio?

  • Condition of internal components and external controls i.e., pots, switches, iron, tubes, etc.

  • Actual performance of the unit in use i.e., does it turn on, is the meter in good health, audio quality, etc.

• Once the product has been received and evaluated by our QC department, you will be contacted with a final trade-in valuation.

• If you accept the valuation, it will be applied as an in-store credit that can be applied to ANY future product purchase from AudioScape.

If you are interested in trading in an older unit, please fill out the following form and we will contact you (within 3-5 business days) with instructions for shipping the unit to us.. Once the unit is received, please allow our QC department 5-7 business days to fully evaluate your unit.
